Many apps I want to automate have buttons with no keystroke equivliant, and sometimes it is not feasible to use mouse clicks with x,y coordinates since windows are closed and opened in different sizes -- maximizing the window doesn't alway help, since panes within the window get resized.
I would like to be able to send a button push command in a browser without having to push a button. Is there a way to issue a button pressed event and insert the command that would have been sent if the button had actually been pressed? Button press commands that send javascript calls or http links or whatever command they represent. |

If you want to simulate button clicks in browsers without actually generating mouse click events, we don't know of an obvious way. But we will investigate a solution for this. Will keep you posted in this thread. |
